Cint's advanced programmatic marketplace helps companies gather insights from real individuals making it easier than ever to run surveys and measure ad effectiveness, while giving people around the world the chance to share their opinions and get paid for their insights.

Scope

This Modern Slavery Statement ("Statement") is established to comply with the obligations of Cint Group AB and its affiliates (the "Company," "Cint," or "Cint Group") under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and Australia's Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). This joint statement includes Cint's primary operating entities in these regions, specifically Cint UK Limited and Cint Australia Pty Ltd.

The following describes Cint's commitment to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities

Chief Executive Officer - The CEO is ultimately responsible for ensuring the continuous operations and compliance of the Company. The CEO may instruct leadership and other employees and business functions to implement and effectuate Cint policies.

Structure, Operations and Supply Chains

Cint Group AB is a publicly listed company headquartered in Sweden with subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and Australia.

The Company's operations primarily consist of software development, technology infrastructure, sales and marketing, and corporate support functions. Its supply chain includes, among others, technology service providers, data hosting providers, professional services firms, recruitment and staffing agencies, and other business support vendors.

Given the nature of Cint's business, the Company assesses that its direct operational workforce is largely engaged in skilled professional and technology roles. However, the Company recognises that modern slavery risks may arise indirectly through certain suppliers and service providers in our broader supply chain.

Modern Slavery Risks in Operations and Supply Chains

Cint considers that modern slavery risks may arise in its business and supply chains. While the risk within Cint's direct employee population is considered to be low, the Company recognises that modern slavery risks may be present in the broader global supply chains that support the Company's technology infrastructure. Specifically, the following areas are identified as carrying higher inherent risk:

  • Technology Hardware and Infrastructure: the manufacturing of IT hardware (such as servers, laptops, and networking equipment) involves complex sub-tier supply chains, which are known to carry risks related to conflict minerals and forced labor in electronics assembly and component manufacturing;

  • Data Centers and Facilities: the construction and maintenance of third-party data centers, as well as facility services (such as cleaning and security) for the Company's global offices, often involve labor-intensive roles that are statistically more vulnerable to exploitative practices; and

  • Geography: the Company acknowledges that risks may increase where suppliers operate in jurisdictions with weaker rule of law or high concentrations of migrant labor.

Cint's Governance Framework

Cint is committed to transparency and maintaining high ethical standards across its operations. The Company's approach to modern slavery is anchored by a global policy framework and statutory reporting obligations as follows:

  • Modern Slavery Statement: This Statement serves as Cint's formal annual disclosure under both UK and Australian law.

  • Code of Conduct: operationalizes Cint's values and expectations for all employees, contractors, and those who do business with the Company. It also sets the expectation that all who engage with the Cint platform comply with applicable laws and ethical standards to protect human rights.

  • Human Rights Policy: sets forth Cint's core belief in the equality of all humans and our categorical opposition to forced labor, child labor, servitude, and human trafficking.

  • Business Partner Code of Conduct: Cint's expectations of suppliers and other business partners are further set forth in its Business Partner Code of Conduct and applicable platform terms.

Actions Taken to Assess and Address Modern Slavery Risks

Supplier Standards and Contractual Controls

Cint's expectations of vendors and other third parties are set forth in the applicable contractual terms, in Cint's Code of Conduct, Business Partner Code of Conduct and the Cint Exchange Guidelines, found on its website. These terms include prohibitions against the use of child or forced labour and require compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards relating to the protection of human rights. Cint will not knowingly tolerate any customer or partner who violates these obligations. Where concerns are identified, Cint may engage with the relevant party to seek clarification or remediation and reserves the right to terminate relationships where appropriate.

Training and Awareness

Cint provides training on policies and on the risks the Company faces from certain suppliers that involve any form of modern slavery. Employees at all levels are encouraged to take an active role in Cint's compliance with legal and ethical obligations, and to remain alert to potential risks in the Company's operations and supply chain.

Reporting and Remediation

Cint encourages employees and relevant third parties to raise concerns about any issue relating to legal or ethical obligations, including suspicions of modern slavery, at the earliest possible stage. Reports may be made through the Company's established compliance reporting channels, including its confidential Whistleblower reporting system. If credible concerns are raised, the Company will assess said matter and determine appropriate action, which may include engagement with the relevant vendor, supplier or third party, implementation of corrective measures, and/or termination of the engagement or business relationship.

Assessing Effectiveness

Cint recognizes that risk management is an iterative process. The Company assesses effectiveness through:

  • Internal Governance Review: Cint reviews its Human Rights Policy and Code of Code of Conduct annually to ensure continued alignment with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth}. This current review confirmed that the Company's existing policy framework remains fit-for-purpose for its global operations.

  • Whistleblowing Monitoring: Cint maintains and monitors secure reporting channels, including a Whistleblower system that is available to employees and relevant third parties. In 2025, zero (0) reports were received across the Group relating to modern slavery, forced labor, or human rights violations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Cint may utilize insights from annual reviews to refine its procurement processes and identify areas for deeper supply chain visibility in the following reporting period.
